The EFCA’s Bridge Fresno Defies California Health Guidelines About COVID-19. Meanwhile a COVID-19 Infection Breaks Out Among Bridge Fresno Staff

The Bridge Fresno decided to resume indoor services and go against California health guidelines coming from Sacramento. Andrew Smith justified the decision claiming he was concerned about the domestic abuse and mental health issues coming from quarantine. About a week after they did this a COVID-19 infection broke out among some of the staff. This blog looks at the poor decision making made by Andrew Smith. Plus this blog would like to ask Andrew Smith when did he ever care about abuse? After all he gave the pulpit of The Bridge Fresno to Bryan Loritts who was involved in the cover up of voyeurism and child pornography scandal at Acts 29 Fellowship Memphis. Recently the problems inside the Southern Baptist Convention were on full display. As the SBC loses John Onwuchekwa a Neo-Calvinist African-American pastor in July of 2020; shortly beforehand J.D. Greear’s church hired Bryan Loritts in June of 2020. Loritts is an African-American pastor known for his alleged involvement in the cover-up of a voyeurism and child pornography scandal inside Acts 29 Fellowship Memphis in 2010. It is a tragedy and speaks to the corruption of the Southern Baptists when they lose individuals like Onwuchekwa while attracting people like Loritts who are involved in the alleged cover up of sex crimes.  Continue reading

Over at Bible Gateway Bryan Loritts writes a post about George Floyd. The embattled pastor who is on staff at J.D. Greear’s The Summit is known for his role in covering up alleged sex crimes of voyeurism and the manufacturing of child pornography by his brother-in-law Rick Trotter at Acts 29 Fellowship Memphis in 2010. Due to His Narcissism Bryan Loritts Over-Extended Himself with The Summit in Raleigh-Durham. And How Loritts Hiring is The Most Important Issue Inside the Southern Baptist Convention

Bryan Loritts being hired by The Summit in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina reveals many issues in the Southern Baptist Convention. While Bryan Loritts over extended himself due to his narcissism he also revealed much about the Convention. In one Sunday afternoon J.D. Greear brought Caring Well into doubt and undermined the initiative.  In the process the Fellowship Memphis scandal rocketed to the top of the Southern Baptists and this blog believes that due to the high profile of J.D. Greear that national media like the New York Times or the Washington Post will get involved in reporting this issue.  Its just a matter of time.
