Evangelicals and Art: Handel’s Messiah (Easter)

This weekend I am going to throw up some George Frideric Handel for the Easter weekend. Messiah is  an oratorio composed in 1741. It references both Christmas and Easter. It was first performed in Dublin in 1742. I hope you have a good Easter.
