Wanted: Stories about Acts 29 Corruption, Inappropriate Church Discipline, Membership Covenant Issues, Church Implosions and Polity Problems in the Denomination

A brief overview of the Acts 29 network and a request for information. This blog is going to cover and write about Acts 29 both in the Washington, D.C. area, The Village Church, and elsewhere. This post is requesting information on Acts 29 corruption, polity issues, problems at The Village Church, questionable church discipline, along with Acts 29 implosions. Its my contention that the Acts 29 network is struggling with the DNA from Mark Driscoll. What is its legacy for abuse, poor theology, and in the process creating a mini-Rome? I’ll let you guys discuss this below. Another post is going up later today. Continue reading

Darrin Patrick is Removed from The Journey in St. Louis Amidst Questions; My Main Question…Will One of the Key Charges Also Be Applied to Matt Chandler?

Darrin Patrick is removed from The Journey in St. Louis. The lack of transparency in the situation raises deep questions and points to continued systemic and systematic issues in the Acts 29 network. Plus will one of the charges leveled against Patrick be applied to Matt Chandler? These are my unique thoughts and also a shout out if people trapped in The Journey and need a platform this blog will give them one. Continue reading
