#WonderingEagleEffect Introducing The Wondering Eagle Effect. How Has This Blog Influenced Policy?

This is a post that I have been avoiding for a while. After discussing this with others I have decided to write a post about how this blog has been effective. From the EFCA, to churches in the Washington, D.C. area and in the greater United States this is a look at how has this blog influenced churches and people. This blog is introducing a new description. Its called the #WonderingEagleEffect Continue reading

In Having Jason Dees on the Church Planting Podcast New City Network’s Clint Clifton Validates Mark Noll’s Scandal of the Evangelical Mind

Clint Clifton from the New City Network had Jason Dees from Christ Covenant Church in Atlanta, Georgia on the Church Planting Podcast recently. In having on Dees its clear that Clifton cares nothing about abuse. But when you look at other people that Clint Clifton has given airtime to, its clear that his lack of critical thinking skills proves that Mark Noll is correct about the scandal of the evangelical mind. Also is Clint Clifton ever going to acknowledge the Scott Woods situation from McLean Bible in the New City Network? Woods allegedly groomed teenager buys for planned sexual abuse. Continue reading

Jason Dees of Christ Covenant Defends Eric Metaxas Assaulting a Protester in Washington, D.C. Meanwhile When it Comes to Biblical Manhood Paige Raynor Dees Has More Balls Then Her Husband

On a podcast with Owen Strachan Jason Dees of Christ Covenant Church in Atlanta, Georgia defended Eric Metaxas assaulting a protester when he threw a punch at him in Washington, D.C. This is part of a growing pattern of Jason Dees failing  to do the right thing. From my spiritual mess that happened under Jordan Kaulfin’s leadership at a church in the Washington, D.C. area now to Eric Metaxas. Jason Dees won’t call out his friends or leaders to repent and own their mistakes. But he will sure as hell expect people under him in Christ Covenant to do so. Continue reading

Jordan Kauflin Speaks of Worship While Ignoring the Issue of Spiritual Abuse

Recently at Christ Covenant Church in Atlanta, Georgia Jordan Kauflin discussed the issue of modern trends of worship and the issues with them. In the video Jordan Kauflin not talk about worship in the context of spiritual abuse. Its why this video is problematic and flawed and not to be taken seriously. A person who enabled spiritual abuse contributes to the problem when they fail to acknowledge their shortcomings. When they fail to rectify it it contributes to abuse. Its why videos like this are flawed. Continue reading

Jason Dees of Christ Covenant Church Has Tested Positive for COVID-19. Would a Coronavirus Outbreak in a 9 Marks Neo-Calvinist Church Show God’s Sovereignty at Work?

Jason Dees of 9 Marks Christ Covenant in Atlanta, Georgia, has tested positive for the coronavirus. Church is canceled tomorrow and this blog would like to pose a question. Would a COVID-19 pandemic in a Neo-Calvinist church be a sign of God’s sovereignty at work? In a system of theological determinism should Jason Dees accept God’s will for him even if he passes off the disease to others? Continue reading

Christ Covenant Church in Atlanta, Georgia Teaches on Worship. Its a Problematic Devotional with Jordan Kauflin Having Enabled Unresolved Spiritual Abuse

The other day Christ Covenant Church in Atlanta, Georgia sent out a devotion on what worship is. It is quite bad and in the context of my spiritual abuse situation from a person that Jordan Kauflin discipled that dragged on unresolved. This devotional misses one of the key teachings of Jesus when it comes to worship.  And as for the Sara Bareilles song, this blog suggests you don’t play the YouTube video when you are at work. Continue reading

Dealing With the Searing Pain of Unresolved Spiritual Abuse and the EFCA’s Dr. Cedrick Brown’s Encouraging Proposal on the Church Asking For Forgiveness From the World

This blog post is a response to the EFCA’s Eastern District co-superintendent Dr. Cedrick Brown who asked the question should the church ask the world to forgive them? This blog is impressed with the question and offers some feedback which comes from a person who learned why spiritual abuse is a problem. Its my hope that this discussion with start to happen more often.  Continue reading

Why Jason Dees and 9 Marks’ Christ Covenant Church Will Not be Able to Reach the Lost of Atlanta

Jason Dees the senior pastor of Christ Covenant Church in Atlanta, Georgia became authorterian on Twitter and quickly blocked me. When informing him about abuse he turns around and makes the abused person the issue. By deflection and downplaying he is paying his dues inside 9 Marks. To quote John Piper Jason is an example of a wasted life. As a result of the bubble he lives in he will not be able to reach the lost of Atlanta. Continue reading
