New Book That Ronald Sider Edited Warns Evangelicals of the Spiritual Danger of Donald Trump

A new book about the spiritual danger Donald Trump poses for evangelicalism. Edited by Ron Sider it has a number of scholarly minds who have contributed to it. Ron Sider recently gave an interview with the Religion News Service.

“Nothing so needs reforming as other people’s habits.”

Mark Twain

“O Sovereign Lord! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!

Jeremiah 32:17 NLT

There is a lot that I want to get to and I have a build up of posts that I need to publish. Recently a new book came out called, “The Spiritual Danger of Donald Trump: 30 Evangelical Christians on Justice, Truth, and Moral Integrity.” The book features contributions from a number of evangelical scholars – thirty to be exact. From Peter Wehner who publishes frequently at The Atlantic and other newspapers to John Fea of Messiah College. Some other contributors include Steve Haynes from Rhodes College and George Yancey who publishes for The Gospel Coalition and teaches at Baylor University in Texas.  Last month in the Religion News Service the editor of the book Ronald Sider discussed how Donald Trump is dangerous to American evangelicalism. This is going to be a brief post because I have other posts to work on. But I would encourage you to read the interview that was published by the Religion News Service. You can find that in, “Evangelical writers to their fellow faithful: Donald Trump is a ‘spiritual danger’”
