This post is preserving what Acts 29 All People’s Community Church is communicating about the COVID-19 pandemic. This blog will be writing more about Kenji Adachi in the near future.
“Medicine heals doubts as well as diseases.“
Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. 19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
Romans 5:18-20 NIV

This blog has long had deep concerns about Kenji Adachi’s All Peoples Community Church. This post however, is an effort to preserve what the controversial Acts 29 church is communicating about the COVID-19 pandemic. You can read what was posted on their website below.
On Thursday, March 12, FCPS announced the cancellation of all non-school usage until April 12, 2020 to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. The elders of APCC have decided to suspend all church activities: Sunday morning services,
Perspectives Missions Class, Connect Groups, Equip Groups, and Monday night basketball – until further notice.
For this Sunday, March 15, we will gather virtually online at 10:30 am. A link with details will be emailed out on Saturday. In addition, Connect Groups and Equip Groups are encouraged to continue meeting virtually as well.
While we continuously monitor the situation, we hope to hold our Sunday service on a later date and location to be determined. This decision will be reevaluated daily and we will update you accordingly by the end of each week.
Let us remain hopeful and be governed not by fear but by our faith in our sovereign God. Throughout history, deadly diseases, demonic rulers and governments have tried to stop God and His people from worshipping Him. But as we have heard in our sermon series in Acts, God, his gospel, and his people cannot be stopped! In fact, the Church grows stronger, deeper, and wider in the midst of opposition. Let us take heart because Jesus has overcome the world! May God redeem this global pandemic for His people to be strengthened in Christ and to save lost people who are without hope.
Maranatha (means Come Lord Jesus)!
Kenji on behalf of the elders.
PS – Here’s an encouraging report of how God is working through His church in Wuhan, China. God is winning!
