Evangelicals and Art: Bonnie and Clyde

Bonnie and Clyde was a failure as a musical when it premiered in 2011. It only had 36 performances. The music was written by Frank Wildhorn and the lyrics by Don Black. The musical is about the outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow who were folk heroes during the Great Depression. The cast album is quite good and if you were to listen to two songs, I would recommend “Dyin Ain’t So Bad” and “How Bout a Dance?” Have a good weekend guys!
