Evangelicals and Art: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Where to start! Today I am throwing up some classical music for your enjoyment. In the course of time I will probably have several posts of Mozart because there is just way too much to include in one post. Plus with someone like Mozart I really want to give him justice, and it will take multiple, multiple posts to give him credit. I won’t spend much time getting into this, if you would like you can read his biography here. Mozart is known for symphonic, concertante, chamber, operatic, and choral music. He has created over 600 works. So with that said…let’s dive in. Enjoy your weekend and have a blast!

Eine Kleine Nachtmusik

Magic Flute Overture

Marriage of Figaro Overture

Symphony 25

Symphony 40

Piano Concerto No 21

  1. Love Mozart! And Le Nozze di Figaro is one of my all time faves. Some have called it the most beautiful work of art ever, and before I forget, here’s an excerpt from the Opera that was included in the film: The Shawshank Redemption
